Brick Challange

Here you can see how I solved my math challange; to lift a brick with six pieces of A4 paper.

This was my first try.
But the weight was not enough.
It was only 1,150 g.
I used two pieces of paper at first.
The first thing I did was to glue the paper together.
Then I rolled the paper into a column.
The last thing I did was to tape it together.

This was my second try.
Here the weight is enough.
It weighs 2,120g.
That is a little more than a brick.
I used two columns.
I made them by gluing three pieces of paper for each of the two columns.
I also rolled them and taped them together.
We used two liters Danish milk.

And this is my third try.
I didn't change anything with the columns.
So this time I used the two same columns.
Here I have two liters and three quarts of milk.

This is the final try.
Here we have three liters and three quarts of milk.
Together it is 3,930g!
It was really much more than enough!
